fresh milk

１年ぶりに近所の村の牛乳ファームへ行ってきました。去年、初めて搾り立ての牛乳を飲んだときの感動が忘れられなく、車の中でもうハートはウキウキ。搾り 立ての牛乳はほんのり甘く、臭みが全くなく、何とも言えないとろけるような優しい味なのです。ウーファーのアキナちゃんも初めてで感動していました。

Today we went to the milk farm to get fresh milk. It's been a year and I will never forget my first time last year so when Andre asked me to prepare two milk cans, my heart was skipping. Fresh milk is the best treat. It's odorless and slightly sweet with a gentle flavor that just makes you melt. It was the first time for Japanese WWOOFer, Akina, and she was on cloud nine.


家に帰って火を軽く通して、時間が経つにつれてクリームの層が浮いてきて．．．夜寝る前にホットミルク．．．こんな幸せなご褒美はありません。とっても優しい気持ちになれて、世の中のみんながこれを飲めたら地球はもっと平和になるのに．．．と思ってしまいます。世界平和への秘訣はこの牛ママたちかもしれない。

After reheating it slightly and as time passes, a layer of cream begins to rise to the surface. Then warm milk before bed... nothing can be more rewarding. Calming, relaxing and forgetting all of one's worries... I can't help but think that if everybody in the world could drink fresh warm milk, the world would be a much better place. Could these mama cows be the key to world peace? If only...
