広島県福山市に来て、はや３週間となるところです。昼間は友人カップルのショップ・バーの改装の手伝い、そして夜はパートナーとGWの京都でのギャラリーショップに向けてピコピコ製作と準備に励んでいます！福山はとっても穏やか、人も素朴で親切。とっても気に入っています。野菜や魚も新鮮で安くて幸せです。そして大学時代以来の自転車通勤。春になりつつある暖かい陽気の中、新しい環境を探検するのが楽しいです。都会の喧噪から離れて、穏やか〜に、しかしこの半年で一番動いてます！なんだか色んな良い予感がする．．．楽しみ！
It's been three weeks already, having moved to Fukuyama. During the day I help a couple friend's shop/bar renovation (which I will write about more soon) and at night I am working with my partner towards our gallery/shop exhibition in Kyoto for the beginning of May. Lots to do! Fukuyama is such a calm city where the people are so down to earth. The city is growing on me. And the vegetables and fish are so fresh and cheap! I love it. Most of all, I have the pleasure of biking to work and around the city- just like my old college days in Kyoto. As the weather becomes warmer with the fresh spring air, it's such a treat and a nice getaway from big city chaos. It's calm and mellow... but I'm working the most since the last six months! I have a good feeling... things are coming together.
