カブの季節ですねぇ。こんなカラフルで可愛いカブたち。生でも甘くておいしいのですがフランスでは塩とバターとバゲットで食べるのです！このコンビネーションがすごく美味しい！この組み合わせが不思議とヘーゼルナッツのような味なのです。フレッシュで見栄えも良く、ちょっとおしゃれな夏のおつまみになりますね。新しいカブの食べ方発見でハッピーです。
I love these colorful, adorable radishes. They are already sweet and yummy raw but here in France, they eat it with a little salt, butter and fresh baguette. Interestingly the combination gives a nutty, hazelnutty flavor. Sooo good! They would make great appetizers. Fresh with a little twist.
